Toning and Strengthening

Achieve the slim look of a dancer with this ballet inspired workout to fun, funky music. An effective combination of ballet conditioning, pilates, and toning with bands. Ten - 15 minute segments targeting specific parts of the body followed by a stretch after each segment will help you achieve a strong, lean, toned body. Beginner to advanced.
This class focuses on rebuilding or maintaining the muscular strength that is lost through the natural aging process. A pure strengthening class using a variety of equipment to burn fat and promote muscular endurance. The entire body is strengthened with modifying cues for the beginner to advanced.
This class is a highly efficient interval based workout designed for ANY fitness level.  This workout allows you to use your own body weight for resistance. The TRX straps allow for multiple strengthening exercises at a safe range of motion with added cardio bursts at each individual's intensity level.  This class will burn fat, increase your lean muscle mass, improve your balance, posture, and core strength! 30 min, 45 min, 60 min, and 75 min options available.  Check schedule.
An introductory exercise class that is 45 minutes of low-impact cardio created for the beginner or plus-sized individual. Build cardio & endurance slowly with safe, easy-to-follow moves. No floor work - all standing abdominal work that is incorporated throughout the class.

Dance Cardio

This dance fitness class fuses Zumba's Latin rhythms with a variety of sounds for you to enjoy. Pop music, burlesque, hip hop, 80s-90s tunes - you never know what we'll break out! Easy to follow and designed to make you SWEAT, this class will have you dancing in the calorie-burning zone. Check it out!
A Latin dance-inspired class with infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves, and body beautifying benefits. Infuses party fun into fitness! No experience required!!! One hour of fun, friends, and dancing! Even the mistakes burn calories!!
 A modified Zumba class for the beginner, older participant, those with physical limitations, or those who prefer a slower pace. This is also a great class for new Zumba participants who would like to see the moves broken down. A "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and mind. A fusion of Latin, international, and classic rock music combined with safe, easy-to-follow combinations that allow you to dance away your worries.

Cardio/Strenthening Mix

An intermediate intensity cardio & core class where we pay special attention to fun movement & flexibility in combination with core & strength exercises. This class could be described as energetic, dynamic, with smaller amounts of cardio training that can be modified. You'll get the cardio you desire with the strengthening you need, all in a way that you can modify yourself!
This is a lower impact option of Corebar. You can get in shape without running & jumping! A special focus is made on relaxation at the end of this great class. The intensity is easily adjusted by the participants themselves, just as in the Corebar Fit class, but Corebar Vital focuses more on the gentler approach to your knees and joints. It targets everyone, even those who are in good to very good shape, as a perfect recovery class!
Corebar HIIT:  This 45 minute fat-burning class that will take you through a warm up, a HIIT workout, (2) 1-minute interval bursts, a short core workout, and then a relaxing stretch & cool down to cover every aspect of a comprehensive workout.


For rookies or veterans, yoga focuses on strength, balance and flexibility. Instructor will help you with alignment so you can strengten your whole body. Options are given in each class for multi-level students. A final relaxation promotes stress release and overall wellness.
Yoga & Pilates are blended together to create an amosphere that is complete for all fitness levels- from beginner to fitness enthusiast. Create a flow that will allow you to strengthen & tone your body with the help of this focused workout.

HIIT:30 Accountability Groups

High Intensity Interval Training in 30-minute sessions with short bursts of cardiovascular exercise followed by short bursts of less-intense recovery periods. High intensity does not mean high impact! Modifications provided. Easy to follow, repetitive movements. Begin at any level and work your way up!
Sign-up option for 4-6 week sessions (length of session depending upon various factors in our schedule/season).
HIIT training is efficient, great for weight loss, and ignites ongoing calorie burning throughout the day.  Each session includes 2 days/week with a bonus session available on Saturday at 10:30.  This bonus class is provides an option for a missed class or an added 3rd session that week.
