  • Drumming meets dancing!!  Join Makayla Burtner for a fun, upbeat cardio class meant for all fitness levels. Increase your stamina/endurance, burn fat and calories in this 45-minute time flying class!

  • Body Sculpt
  • This class focuses on rebuilding or maintaining the muscular strength that is lost through the natural aging process. A pure strengthening class using a variety of equipment to burn fat and promote muscular endurance. The entire body is strengthened with modifying cues for the beginner to advanced.

  • Bootcamp
  • A highly effective program designed to build strength increase cardio endurance through a variety of intense group intervals over a 45-minute period of time.  Low-impact and high-impact versions offered.  Any level of fitness is welcome!
